Tim Palmer is an innovative coach, pastor, author, and visionary leader committed to developing people, strengthening organizations, and transforming communities. He is the Founder of TP Solutions, Innovative Culture Brand, and The Innovative Collaborative network designed to equip leaders in the marketplace, ministry, nonprofit, and government sectors with the tools to thrive without burning out. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning government, church, business, and community development, Tim has cultivated a reputation for helping leaders move from survival to intentional growth.
As a certified leadership coach and strategist, Tim specializes in personal development, organizational health, adaptive leadership, and capacity building. His influence extends across for-profit enterprises, nonprofits, and government agencies, where he has served as a trusted consultant, advisor, and coordinator of community and family initiatives. Known for his practical, prophetic, and relevant approach, Tim challenges leaders to see problems not as roadblocks but as carriers of their next answer.
A sought-after speaker and trainer, Tim Palmer has led workshops, preached in churches, and facilitated leadership intensives for diverse audiences. He is the author of Growing Me: How to Thrive and Develop When Mentors Are Missing and is actively developing additional resources, courses, and networks to equip leaders at every stage.
Tim also serves as Senior Pastor of The Well in Salisbury, Maryland, where he leads with the mission of helping people “become well in every area of life.” Under his leadership, The Well has expanded its reach through community initiatives, educational programs, and strategic partnerships designed to impact families, youth, and leaders across the region.
Beyond his professional and ministry work, Tim is a dedicated husband and father, who values faith, family, and community as the foundations of true leadership. His life’s work embodies his conviction that leaders can “kill it without it killing them,” building healthy rhythms of growth, stewardship, and influence.
